This deliverable presents the design and initial implementation of the trusted data exchange layer developed within Task 3.1 of the EU-DREAM project. The objective of this work is to ensure verifiable, tamper-proof, and efficient exchange of operational data across Digital Twins, energy services, and Living Labs, leveraging blockchain technology to build trust across modules and organizations.
